Refund policy

Under UK Consumer Law stated below the consumer does have a 14 day cancellation policy - which they will incur all costs for.

If an item is marked SALE no refunds or returns are offered or legally required. 

Due to the handmade nature of the products there may be slight variance.  

 

Under UK Consumer Laws:

Cancellation Period: Consumers generally have the right to cancel distance purchases. For goods, this lasts up to 14 days from receipt;  Customers then have an extra 14 days to send items back. THIS WILL BE ENTIRELY AT THE CONSUMERS COST AND THE CONSUMER WILL HAVE TO COVER ALL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING AND RETURN THE GOODS IN THE CONDITION THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED.  IF THIS IS NOT UPHELD UNDER CONSUMER LAWS A FULL REFUND WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. 

 

Faulty Goods Remedies: Under statutory rules, consumers can claim a repair, replacement, or full/partial refund if items are faulty or not as described.  AGAIN ALL RETURN COSTS ARE INCURRED BY THE CONSUMER
